Job Description:
Experienced Sales Progressor needed for our expanding professional property-based client in Colchester.
If you are an experienced sales progressor seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team, this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal property professional to join our clients expanding team in the role of sales progressor.
The role
*Proactively manage the progression of property sales
*Compile reports based on the updates provided
*Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale
*Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions
*Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales
*Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours
The Person
*Must possess previous estate agency experience
*Sales progression experience
*Excellent customer services skills
*Good telephone manner
*Motivated and keen
