The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wills, Trusts & Probate Lawyer to join our growing private client team. You will manage a varied caseload including estate planning, drafting wills and trusts, probate applications and estate administration, while providing an approachable and supportive service to clients.

Key Responsibilities*Managing your own caseload of private client matters from instruction to completion
*Drafting and reviewing wills and trusts in line with current legislation
*Advising clients on estate planning, inheritance tax and asset protection
*Handling probate applications and liaising with the Probate Registry
*Administering estates, including asset distribution and settlement of liabilities
*Working closely with clients, executors and beneficiaries
*Collaborating with financial advisers and other professionals where appropriate
*Supporting networking and business development activities
Requirements*Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in wills, trusts and probate
*Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer with a current practising certificate
*Ability to work independently with secretarial support
*Strong organisational and file management skills
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
*Interest in networking and developing client relationships
