Office Assistant – Corby | 8:30am–5:00pm | Competitive Pay | Temp to Perm
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Assistant to support a busy, friendly team in Corby. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional, confident manner
*Managing inboxes and sending clear, well-written email communication
*Completing accurate data entry across internal systems
*Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets to support daily operations
*Supporting general office administration and coordination
*Assisting with filing, document management, and workflow organisation
*Providing ad-hoc support as needed

*Strong Excel skills, confident with spreadsheets and basic formulas
*Professional and friendly telephone manner
*Excellent written communication
*Fast and accurate data entry
*Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
*Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively

8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
