What You’ll Do*Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and licensing agreements
*Support procurement, marketing, and commercial teams on agreements and compliance
*Assist with data protection, regulatory, and internal legal processes
*Maintain and update templates and playbooks
*Manage multiple workstreams under guidance from senior legal colleagues
Who We’re Looking For*0–2 years’ experience in a law firm or in-house environment
*Law degree, GDL, LPC / SQE pathway, or equivalent
*Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
*Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Curious, proactive, and collaborative with a commercial mindset
