We’re working with a high-growth international retail business that’s rapidly expanding across the UK. They are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their commercial operations team and support the purchasing and supply chain function.
This is an entry-to-early career role, perfect for someone looking to get hands-on experience in procurement and supplier management within a fast-paced, dynamic business.
What You’ll Do*Raise purchase orders and process requisitions
*Manage invoices and ensure timely payments
*Follow up on deliveries and resolve supplier queries
*Assist with forecasting product requirements
*Support the team with general administration and reporting
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Who We’re Looking For*Experience in procurement, supply chain, commercial operations, or admin support (preferred but not essential)
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated
*Strong G-Suite skills, particularly Google Sheets
