Job Description:
This established and exciting partner client has created this brand new opportunity for an experienced HR specialist to take ownership of all things systems, lifecycle, policy and process. A strategically involved People team, service levels are extremely high and as such, the business buys in to the team really well - you will be joining a super positive culture and the team which drives that.
A highly analytical and reporting oriented role by nature - the devil is in the detail with this one; data, compliance and rock solid policy and process will all be led (and in some cases created) by this person so it’s a cracking role to make your mark. You must be strong on the payroll front, with up to date knowledge on legislation and calculations accordingly and ideally, you will already have been the "owner" of an HRIS platform within your background.

Key duties will include:
*Ownership of all HRIS, payroll, HR reporting and employee lifecycle functions.
*Partnering with key stakeholders internally, forging strong relationships to influence on the benefits of process and systems evolution, getting buy in to change.
*Ownership, management and preparation of UK Payroll process, maintaining an up to date knowledge of current legislation.
*Leadership of the front line data, compliance and onboarding operations, managing all lifecycle information processing and processes.
*Deliver a first class customer service to the business where all lifecycle queries are concerned.
This is less a role for the consummate generalist or ER specialist, and much more a focus for those who bring passion for systems (with advanced Excel skills), process, data and policy. It is also an opportunity to learn from some incredibly experienced HR professionals who run a close knit and supportive team which acts as a really positive driver of all things People and Culture within this exceptional business.
