Dream Big Digital is a boutique eCommerce and marketing agency based in Leeds, Yorkshire. We specialise in designing, building, and marketing online Shopify stores that excite customers and generate revenue. Our small but mighty team is passionate about helping ambitious brands sell more online through tailored, personal service.
Following a period of growth, we’re now looking for a Social & Paid Content Manager to join our team and support the delivery of high-performing social content, influencer collaborations, and paid creative across our ecommerce client portfolio.
The Role
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content but also understands the commercial side of digital marketing.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director, Online Designers, and wider team to deliver organic social content, manage influencer activity, and support Meta advertising through creative briefing and performance reporting.
As you grow in the role, you’ll take on more ownership across client accounts and play a key part in shaping content that drives real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Planning and creating social media content across key eCommerce brands
*Creating, filming, and editing social-first content that is creative, informative, and platform-native
*Managing influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
*Briefing creative for Meta advertising campaigns and content testing
*Monitoring performance and contributing to ad reporting and insights
*Collaborating with the wider team to improve creative output and processes
*Staying up to date with trends, platform updates, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*At least 1 year of experience creating and editing video or short-form content alongside relevant production skills
*Strong understanding of what makes content perform across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
*Confidence working with influencers or external partners
*Commercial awareness, understanding how content drives traffic and sales
*Strong organisation and time management skills
*Clear communication — both written and verbal
Nice to Have (But Not Essential):
*Experience in an eCommerce or agency environment
*Experience working with Meta ads from a creative standpoint
*Basic reporting experience across Meta Ads Manager
