Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
*Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
*Submit planning and building regulation applications
*Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
*Provide architectural design services and project management to projects
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:
*Relevant degree within architecture or architectural technology
*Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with ArchiCAD
*Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
*Job running experience is desirable
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong technical and design skills
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
