Job Description:
Xpert Resourcing are working with an interesting niche business who are looking to add this important role to their sales team.
**Salary is up to £28,000 + Commission**
This is a key role in helping to drive profitability by managing contract renewals and optimising customer retention.
Duties will include:
*Maximise sales through strong relationships, ensuring that outstanding levels of service are provided.
*Identify and manage existing contracts and agreements, ensuring renewals are followed up and actioned.
*Devise new pricing for contracts and negotiate new agreements in order to maximise returns.
*Explain new products, upgrades and replacement to current clients, highlighting the benefits of these.
*Collaborate with the marketing, sales and service teams to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
*Keep client information up to date and accurate.
Experience / skills required:
*Similar sales and relationship building experience.
*Excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
*Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building techniques.
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
Hours of work:
*Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
