Your work will include:
*Managing your own caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Trusts
*Providing clear, compassionate and pragmatic legal advice
*Supervising and mentoring junior or secretarial staff (or stepping into supervision for the first time)
*Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining long-term relationships
*Ensuring compliance, accurate billing and time recording
*Supporting business development and the continued growth of the department
*This opportunity would suit someone who is confident in their technical ability and motivated by meaningful client work.
You will be:
*A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid Private Client experience
*Comfortable managing your own caseload independently
*Organised, detail-focused and commercially aware
*Experienced in supervising others, or ready to take the next step
