Job Description:
Commercial Property Negotiator | Huddersfield | £28,000 per annum (Monday to Friday only)
My client based in Huddersfield is looking to recruit a Property Negotiator to provide support to the commercial agency department, including dealing with enquiries on all available properties, taking and report offers, negotiating sales/lettings before progressing them to conclusion.
A key part of this role is speaking with customers/applicants throughout the marketing of properties, presenting a professional service with knowledge of the property market in the letting/sale of properties.
Duties
*Use property software for commercial agency work, including booking of market appraisals and viewings, recording enquiries and offers, keeping the files up to date with notes
*Register applicants either by database imports, email, telephone or face to face
*Match applicants with properties based on their requirements
*Manage a register of applicants and ensure their requirements are up to date on property software.
*Book viewings, obtain feedback and provide regular updates to all clients
*Dealing with offers and assessing their suitability for the clients requirements
*Prepare and issue lease/sale memorandum to all parties and their solicitors
*Progress the sale through regular contact with all parties and their solicitors to conclusion
*Build and maintain excellent working relationships with all clients
*Work to agreed company policies and processes
*Maintain all records on property software to a high standard and in line with data protection
*Support other team members as and when required
*Undertaking viewings on selected properties where required
*Takes absolute ownership for the management of own workload and responsibilities to ensure that all tasks are completed each day
