Job Description:
Administrator
Pay Rate: £14.37 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Haymarket
Contract: ASAP start – 3 months
Clearance: Basic Disclosure required
Our client is recruiting an experienced Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Board and the Business Management Unit (BMU). This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence dealing with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing administrative support to the Board and the Business Management Unit (BMU)
*Acting as the first point of contact for applicant enquiries via telephone and email, handling queries appropriately and in a timely manner
*Managing the shared inbox
*Undertaking reception duties during interviews and acting as a contact point for applicants, consultees, and Board Members
*Assisting with arranging travel and accommodation when required
*Supporting the Business Support Officer/PA with monthly Board Members’ fees and travel & subsistence claims
*Progressing tasks linked to the Board’s Records Management Plan, including electronic and physical filing
*Extracting statistical information from recruitment and other systems
Key Skills:
*Strong IT skills Word/Excel
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Excellent attention to detail
*Able to multi task
