We are partnered with a London-based Hedge Fund seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their growing technology function.
This role is ideal for someone who started their career in software engineering (C# / .NET) and has since transitioned into project management, but still retains strong technical credibility with developers.
You will sit at the heart of a highly technical team, working closely with engineers and quantitative professionals to drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.


The Role

* Oversee and drive delivery of complex technical projects

* Develop and maintain structured roadmaps

* Monitor progress, manage risks, and optimise resource allocation

* Implement and refine project management best practices

* Act as a bridge between technical teams and wider business stakeholders

* Mentor and coordinate team members where required



What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within a technical environment

* Background in software engineering (C# / .NET essential)

* Strong understanding of software architecture and infrastructure

* Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle or similar)

* Experience managing complex technical workstreams

* Highly organised with strong communication skills

* Degree in a technical / engineering discipline preferred
