Head of Data Science
A leading ecommerce organisation is seeking an exceptional Head of Data Science to define and deliver the data vision across a fast-growing digital environment. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on converting rich datasets into commercial advantage and world-class customer experiences.
About the role:
You will lead the development of data architecture, models, analytics and reporting that underpin key digital products and customer journeys. Your work will accelerate performance across areas such as:
*Digital advertising platforms
*Product search and recommendation engines
*Personalisation across web, email, and marketing
*Data-driven commercial optimisation
Responsibilities:
*Strategic Leadership; owning and driving the data science roadmap
*Lead the design and architecture of agentic models
*Influence decision making across the business
*Partner with senior leaders to set long-term strategy
*Lead & Develop a high-performing data science team
