Office Manager | West Hallam, Derbyshire | £28,000 - £32,000 DOE | Full-time | On-site
We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in West Hallam, Derbyshire. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing essential support across the business. This is a full-time, onsite roletemporary position.
The Role
As Office Manager, you will oversee office operations and act as a central point of contact for staff, suppliers, and visitors. Key responsibilities include:
*Managing daily office administration and procedures
*Coordinating facilities, supplies, and office services
*Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
*Managing relationships with external suppliers and contractors
*Handling health & safety and compliance-related administration
*Supporting finance administration as required
About You
*To succeed in this role, you will:
*Have previous experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role
*Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Be confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Have good IT skills, including MS Office
*Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
