Treasury Operations Analyst
Location: City of London (EC2) – Office Based
Job Type: Full-time
The Role
We are working with an international bank based in the City of London who are looking to hire a Treasury Operations Analyst to join their Treasury Operations team.
This role sits within the middle/back office function and is responsible for the daily processing and settlement of treasury transactions, including Money Market and FX trades. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely settlement, investigating discrepancies, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
*Daily processing and settlement of Money Market and FX trades
*Investigating and resolving settlement discrepancies
*Reconciling cash breaks and monitoring outstanding items
*Ensuring payment instructions are accurate and complete
*Liaising with front office, middle office and clients
*Monitoring and resolving system or settlement breaks
*Responding to internal and external queries
Requirements
*Minimum 2 years’ experience within settlement operations
*Experience handling FX and/or Money Market products
*Previous banking or financial institution experience preferred
*Strong reconciliation and investigation skills
*High attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Right to work in the UK
