Private Client Paralegal

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal (ideal for a Law Graduate or CILEX trainee) to join its busy and reputable Private Client Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of private client matters, with genuine scope for career progression and increased responsibility.

The Role You will be working within a supportive and experienced Private Client team, assisting with a wide range of matters including:
*Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
*Supporting Court of Protection Deputyship applications
*Liaising with clients in person, by phone and via email
*Undertaking legal research as required
*Managing new client enquiries
*Providing general administrative and case support to Solicitors and Fee Earners
This role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge within Private Client law.
About You The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Previous experience within a Private Client department (desirable)
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent attention to detail
*Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
*Proactive and organised approach
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office 365
*Understanding of confidentiality and sensitivity in client matters
*A genuine interest in developing a career in Private Client law
