What you will do:
*Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop personalised rehabilitation and recovery plans
*Provide specialist hand therapy interventions for a range of hand and wrist conditions
*Design and deliver bespoke splinting solutions tailored to individual patient needs
*Manage and prioritise your own caseload to ensure high standards of care
*Treat patients across acute elective, trauma, rheumatology, and plastics pathways
Requirements:
*HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
*Proven experience working within hand therapy
*Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
*Ability to manage a varied and complex caseload independently
*Confident communication skills and a patient-centred approach
