Head of Marketing Analytics
London.Salary up to £115,000 plus bonus and benefits.This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact Marketing Analytics function within a major consumer brand. You will shape how marketing effectiveness is measured, lead a talented team, and influence multi-million-pound investment decisions using advanced analytical techniques.The Company

Data is central to their strategy, and they continue to invest heavily in analytics to drive smarter decision-making, stronger customer engagement, and commercial growth.The Role
You will lead a team of marketing and market analytics specialists, with responsibility for:
* Driving the end-to-end marketing effectiveness strategy across MMM, incrementality testing, and attribution.
* Building confidence in existing MMM outputs and partnering with third-party providers to optimise model performance.
* Designing and executing robust incrementality tests and aligning outcomes with last-click attribution.
* Providing guidance on top-of-funnel performance, channel optimisation, and long-term brand investment.
* Influencing senior leaders on ROI for a substantial quarterly marketing budget and shaping future spending decisions.
* Managing and developing a team of 5-8 analysts within a wider data-driven function.Your Skills and Experience
* Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics within a complex or large-scale organisation.
* Expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling, attribution, and incrementality testing.
* Confident operating across large cross-functional groups and advising senior leadership.
* Experience managing and developing analytical teams.
* SQL and Python skills are beneficial.What They Offer
* Competitive base salary plus a discretionary bonus of 10 percent.
* Pension contribution up to 12 percent.
* Hybrid working, typically three days per week on site in their central London office.
