Onboarding Coordinatior - 3-month contract.Overview
We are seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join A Workforce & Talent Acquisition team, for our global banking client for a 3-month contract. This role supports the onboarding function across multiple countries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant right-to-work processes.
Key Responsibilities *Deliver HR onboarding tasks with accuracy and strong customer service, including right-to-work verification for several countries.
*Log and manage requests, answer queries, prepare documents, chase outstanding actions, and update systems.
*Maintain employee records across relevant HR systems, including document storage.
*Serve as the go-to expert for work authorization processes, providing guidance and training to new and existing team members.
*Ensure process documents, training materials, and workflows remain up to date and compliant.
Skills & Experience *Experience working in a Shared Services or centralised HR operations environment.
*Strong admin experience.
*Strong knowledge of work authorization and right-to-work processes.
*Background screening experience is an advantage.
*Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Familiarity with applicant tracking or HR systems, ideally Workday.
*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
*Strong customer-service mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
*Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally.
*Commitment to continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.
