Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a confident and proactive Cover Supervisor to join a PRU in Tower Hamlets.
The Role:*Deliver pre-planned History lessons (6-7 per week).
*Provide English cover on an ad hoc basis.
*Maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement.
*Support students with SEMH and additional learning needs.
*Assist in implementing exam access arrangements during assessments.
The Ideal Candidate:*Experience working with young people in challenging or alternative settings.
*Strong classroom management skills.
*Ability to build positive, professional relationships.
*Flexible, resilient and proactive approach.
*A genuine commitment to inclusion.
