Job Description:
*Annual Salary: £27,000 increasing to £28,000 in April
*Location: Enfield
*Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Office based Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Office Support Administrator to join a busy and fast paced Team based in the local area.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Organise and assist with the planning of work for our operations team.
*Answer and manage incoming calls and handle email enquiries.
*Perform diary management for the Directors and the operational team.
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business.
*Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client interactions.
*Update and maintain the Client Portal.
*Support the quality management system through active involvement.
*Scan paperwork and update the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative support role.
*Strong organisational and planning skills.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Proficiency in handling multiple administrative tasks.
*Experience with diary management and handling phone and email enquiries.
*Familiarity with updating and maintaining client portals and in-house systems.
*Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
