The organisation is a well-established business operating across manufacturing and retail with approx 350 heads based in Wakefield and across the North.
Description
*Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations and performance management.
*Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
*Monitor HR metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
*Oversee compliance with employment laws and company policies.
*Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
*Facilitate training and development programmes to support employee growth
*Be visible and hands on in the day to day operation
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in a similar Human Resources role within the industrial, retail or manufacturing industry.
*Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
*Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting.
*Site based role with some travel across sites
*A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
