A long-standing and well-respected law firm in Eastbourne is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy and growing team. This is a rare opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to take on a varied, high-quality caseload within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:
*Property disputes
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Commercial disputes
*Employment-related litigation

Candidate Requirements
Applicants should demonstrate:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to engage confidently with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders
*A professional, personable and client-focused approach
*Solid IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
*Experience using case management systems (desirable but not essential)
*High levels of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
*A proactive mindset with the ability to market both themselves and the firm
*Confidence in networking and developing business relationships locally
