Here is an opportunity where you can feel genuinely valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. This Accounts Assistant role is perfect for someone who loves being part of a friendly team and wants to make a real impact every day.
You’ll join a workplace that treats you like a key part of the journey, and you’ll gain rich experience that strengthens your finance career from day one.
Client Details
We’re representing a dynamic business located in Wavertree-an organisation known for being down-to-earth, collaborative, and forward-thinking. They’re passionate about innovation, about looking after their people, and about creating an environment where everyone feels part of something bigger. This is a place where you can settle in, feel at home quickly, and grow with the team.
Description
This isn’t just a tick-the-boxes kind of finance role-it’s varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to learn.
You’ll be supporting key finance functions, taking the lead on the purchase ledger, and helping out with the sales ledger when needed. You’ll manage finance inboxes, process invoices, allocate payments, reconcile supplier accounts, handle expenses, and prepare payment runs. You’ll also keep product and pricing information up to date and get involved in financial analysis and internal system improvements.
Every day brings something new, and your attention to detail and calm approach will help keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy supporting others, staying organised, and feeling like a trusted part of the team, this role will feel like a great fit.
