Civil Litigation Solicitor
A well-regarded boutique firm in central London is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its specialist disputes team. You’ll work on a broad mix of medium to high-value matters, including contractual disputes, professional negligence, property ownership issues, and fiduciary disputes.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, including negotiating settlements, attending hearings and conferences, and ensuring compliance with procedural deadlines. You’ll also support senior solicitors on more complex matters and supervise junior team members where appropriate.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in civil litigation / general dispute resolution
*Strong case-handling, communication, and negotiation skills
*Confident managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively within a team
