UX Designer - Manchester - Hybrid working

My client, a well-respected and growing digital agency, is looking for a Mid/Senior UX Designer to join their talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile web and mobile projects, creating engaging, user-centric experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

*Design modern, responsive websites and digital assets.
*Work collaboratively with developers and designers to deliver high-quality projects.
*Lead client calls, gather requirements, and present design solutions.
*Create high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and reusable components in Figma.
*Ensure designs align with branding, typography, and accessibility standards.
*Solve complex UX challenges, optimising user journeys.


Skills and Experience:

*Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
*Expert proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design systems.
*Strong grasp of typography, branding, and responsive design principles.
*Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
*Confident communicator, able to lead client meetings and present ideas.
*Strong time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects.
*Passion for pixel-perfect design and UX problem-solving.
*Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for collaboration.


Nice-to-Haves:

*Experience in motion design, micro-interactions, or advanced prototyping tools.
*Knowledge of accessibility standards and their application in UX/UI.
