Job Description:
Role: Trade Admin Support
Location: Bridgend (5 days a week onsite)
Reports to: Regional Head of Sales / Senior KAM / SS&A


The Role
In a major ecommerce retailer with a large warehouse operation, this team sits between Sales, Finance, Operations, Warehouse and Customer Service. The Trade Admin support turns commercial agreements into executable system actions.
Sales agree a promotion, price change, new product listing or new customer account, this department
*Loads and validates pricing
*Sets up SKUs correctly in ERP and ecommerce systems
*Ensures product data is consistent
*Confirms trading terms
*Checks approvals
*Makes sure the warehouse and systems recognise everything correctly
This is not just an admin position. When this role performs well, pricing is accurate, promotions run smoothly, SKUs are correct across systems and new customers onboard without friction.


Key Responsibilities
Commercial Administration & Accuracy
*Maintain accurate records for pricing, promotions, and customer documentation.
Sales Coordination & Execution Support
*Keep commercial trackers, CRM systems, and documentation organised and up to date
*Flag risks, missing inputs, or inconsistencies early before they impact customers or revenue
Customer Onboarding & Setup (Including SKU Management)
*Support management of end-to-end onboarding of new customers and partners, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed accurately and on time.
*Set up and maintain SKUs in relevant systems (pricing, listings, customer portals, ERP/CRM).
*Ensure SKU data (descriptions, pricing, pack formats, barcodes, promotional flags) is accurate and aligned across systems.
Data Hygiene & Compliance
*Maintain clean and accurate order, promo, SKU, and customer data across systems.


Experience needed
*Experience working in ecommerce, retail, wholesale or distribution
*Strong commercial administration background
*Experience setting up and maintaining SKUs across ERP/CRM systems
*Exposure to pricing, promotions or trading terms management
*Working knowledge of order-to-cash or commercial workflows
*Experience supporting Sales or Key Account teams
*Confidence coordinating across Finance, Operations and Warehouse functions
