Your new company
An established global organisation within the market research and FMCG intelligence sector is seeking an organised and detail driven Payroll Officer to join the UK team on a 4-month fixed term contract. This role supports a transition period as the business moves UK payroll operations to ADP, ensuring seamless BAU payroll delivery throughout the process.
Your new role
*End-to-end UK payroll processing for approximately 500 employees
*Managing the monthly pay run using ADP Freedom
*Ensuring payroll accuracy, auditability, and reconciliation
*Processing employee changes, updates, starters, leavers, and adjustments
*Supporting communication with internal stakeholders
*Helping ensure a smooth transition as ADP onboarding commences
What you’ll need to succeed
*Strong UK payroll experience (high volume experience essential - please highlight on CV)
*ADP experience preferred (particularly ADP Freedom)
*Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical capability
*Curious, collaborative team player who enjoys understanding processes
*Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
*Comfortable working within a friendly, supportive team environment
