Commercial Sales ManagerLocation: Swindon
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £60,000 – £65,000+
Benefits: Company vehicle + pension
The RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Swindon for an experienced and driven Commercial Sales Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving LCV sales performance, developing local business relationships and increasing fleet penetration.
You will lead from the front, managing a small sales team while actively growing B2B accounts across the region.
Key Responsibilities*Managing and developing the commercial sales team
*Driving new and used LCV sales performance
*Building and maintaining relationships with local SMEs and fleet operators
*Identifying and securing new business opportunities
*Managing pipeline, forecasting and monthly KPI performance
*Overseeing pricing strategy and deal profitability
*Ensuring FCA compliance and process adherence
*Working closely with the Aftersales team to maximise account retention
About You*Proven experience in commercial vehicle or fleet sales
*Previous management or senior sales experience
*Strong understanding of B2B sales and local market development
*Target-driven with a track record of delivering volume and margin
*Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
*Full UK Driving Licence
