A well-established Doncaster law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Family Legal Secretary to support its busy Family Law team. This is a key support role within a respected department handling a broad range of private family matters.
The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support to fee earners dealing with divorce, financial remedy, children matters and domestic abuse cases.
Key responsibilities include:
*Audio typing and drafting correspondence and court documents
*Preparing bundles and court forms
*Managing diaries, appointments and file administration
*Liaising with clients, courts and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
*Ensuring files are maintained in line with compliance procedures
The firm is seeking a legal Secretary with prior experience in family law, strong typing and organisational skills and the ability to work calmly in what can often be sensitive and emotional cases.
