Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Team Secretary with clear Audio typing skills to join a Finance firm based in the city. The hours are 9-5 with hybrid working after 3 months, this role is paying up to 45k depending on experience.
The role
Managing everchanging and complex calendar using Outlook.
Organising client meetings with multiple participants (often across different time-zones) and internal meetings and conference calls;
Preparing meeting material.
Booking meeting rooms.
Liaising with reception regarding refreshments/catering
Ad hoc Admin
Audio typing
Compiling and processing expenses within required deadline.
Preparing timesheets for partner
Scanning incoming post for group
