Description
*Support programme approval, amendment and review processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate curriculum information.
*Maintain and update programme, module and assessment data in SITS, ensuring adherence to validation rules.
*Assist with curriculum-data workflows, system use and data-migration or implementation activities.
*Prepare committee papers, minute meetings, track actions and liaise confidently with senior stakeholders and external panel members.
*Manage competing deadlines, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues with high attention to detail.
Profile
A successful Quality Officer should have:
*Strong understanding of HE curriculum data and validation rules
*Hands-on experience with SITS programme and module setup
*Knowledge of HESA reporting and how curriculum data feeds student and course returns
*Experience in programme governance, quality assurance or academic administration
*Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
*Proven organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
