RoleRole & Responsibilities As an entry-level Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial supporting role within our sales organization. You will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team by managing administrative tasks and facilitating smooth operations. Main tasks include *Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
*Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
*Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accuracy.
*Process sales documentation and support contract administration.
*Facilitate communication between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
*Manage incoming correspondence, ensuring professional and prompt responses.
*Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
*Support the organization of sales events and trade shows.
Requirements *Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
*High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*A customer-focused mindset and a team-player attitude.
*Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
*Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
