Head of Science – The Role
A well-established secondary school in Havering is seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring Head of Science on a permanent basis from September.
As Head of Science, you will:
*Lead and manage the Science department, including Biology, Chemistry and Physics
*Develop and implement a clear vision for teaching and learning within the faculty
*Monitor student progress and drive improved outcomes across all key stages
*Support, coach and develop members of the Science team
*Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and departmental resources
*Contribute to whole-school leadership initiatives
