Sales ExecutiveLocation: Chigwell
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic
OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+
The RoleWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and high-performing dealership in Chigwell for an ambitious Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site with strong footfall and high-quality stock, offering realistic earning potential of £45k–£55k+.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities*Managing inbound showroom, telephone and online enquiries
*Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
*Building strong rapport and identifying customer needs
*Presenting finance and insurance products
*Achieving monthly volume and profit targets
*Ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork and compliance
*Delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You*Previous car sales experience preferred (open to strong retail sales backgrounds)
*Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
*Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*Professional and well-presented
*Full UK Driving Licence
