Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
*Leading supplier contract management across the full lifecycle (drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal and termination)
*Managing a diverse portfolio of contracts, from high-value multimillion-pound agreements to smaller SME and ad hoc contracts
*Owning and driving procurement activity, ensuring value for money and risk mitigation across all supplier engagements
*Leading complex commercial negotiations with suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
*Developing and maintaining contract management frameworks, governance processes and reporting
*Overseeing supplier onboarding processes, ensuring regulatory and policy adherence (including AML and due diligence requirements)
*Monitoring supplier performance, identifying improvement opportunities and managing contractual risk
*Driving cost efficiencies and budget oversight, including invoice validation and commercial challenge where required
*Line management and development of one Contract Analyst
*Building strong stakeholder relationships across the business, acting as a trusted commercial advisor

What You Will Need To Apply:
*Strong experience in supplier contract management and procurement
*Demonstrable experience negotiating a range of contract sizes and complexities
*Experience managing or mentoring team members (line management experience highly desirable)
*Commercially astute, solution-focused and confident operating autonomously
*Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*CIPS qualification desirable but not essential
What You Will Get In Return:
The successful candidate will receive a base salary of £55,000, alongside a bonus. The organisation operates a remote-first working model, requiring just one day per month in the office. In addition, there is a generous pension scheme and holiday allowance as part of the wider benefits package.
