Description
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:


*Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters
*Advising on acquisitions, disposals and property investments
*Working on development and corporate occupier work
*Drafting and negotiating leases and associated documents
*Liaising with clients across SME, corporate and third-sector sectors
*Working closely with partners to deliver high-quality legal advice
*Ensuring excellent client communication throughout matters
*Contributing to the growth of the commercial property team
Profile
The Commercial Property Solicitor should be:


*A solicitor with 1 years PQE plus in commercial property law
*Comfortable handling a varied property caseload
*Able to draft and negotiate commercial property documentation
*Commercially minded and client-focused
*A strong communicator with good organisational skills
