Our client is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong experience with troubleshooting and resolving MAC issues. You’ll be given opportunity to achieve professional certifications within your first 6 months!
Responsibilities:
*Provide 2nd line Mac support
*Troubleshoot and resolve Mac issues
*Deliver outstanding customer service through your technical expertise
*Manage and support device and identify platforms including Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
*Escalate complex issues to 3rd line support where required
*Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes and processes
*Continue to self-development and learning, as well as improvement of IT processes and user experience
Skills:
*Strong hands-on experience supporting Mac devices and MacOS environments
*Proven 1st/2nd line Mac experience is essential
*Experience with Addigy, Jamf, JumpCloud or Okta
*Excellent problem-solving skills
*Understanding of networking fundamentals
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Proactive team player
