Job Description:
A well-established organisation is looking for a proactive and detail focused Customer Service Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting customers, working with accurate data and playing an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

This role is fully office based in Wokingham.
What you’ll be doing
*Responding to customer queries by phone and email
*Managing the shared customer service inbox
*Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate order records
*Running daily order status reports and monitoring progress
*Tracking backorders and keeping customers informed
*Overseeing the returns process from start to finish
*Keeping internal systems accurate and up to date, including Salesforce
*Using Sage for updates where required (training can be provided)
What we’re looking for
*Strong customer service experience
*Confident using Salesforce (this is essential)
*Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
*Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
