Key Responsibilities:
As Operations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role across the business, including:
*Providing high-level operational and administrative support to the Leadership Team
*Managing complex diaries and coordinating internal and external schedules
*Overseeing day-to-day operational administration and IT systems
*Preparing professional presentations, reports and documentation
*Acting as a central link between customer service, warehouse and distribution
*Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
*Supporting warehouse operations during peak demand
*Driving the company van when required to assist with logistics
*Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
*Liaising with consultants and third-party providers
What we’re looking for:
To be successful as Operations Manager, you’ll need:
*Experience supporting CEO & Chariman (EA-level or similar operational support background)
*Strong organisational and diary management skills
*High IT literacy and confidence producing presentations and reports
*Excellent customer service skills
*A mature, professional presence with the confidence to operate at leadership level
*A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to support across all areas
*Ideally, experience within fresh food, FMCG or distribution environments
