Leading a small team across purchase ledger and sales ledger
* Overseeing day-to-day transactional activity and managing workloads
* Reviewing reconciliations and supporting with month end close
* Acting as the first point of contact for escalations and complex queries
* Identifying process improvements and driving better ways of working
* Supporting, coaching and developing junior team members
* Reporting into senior finance with updates on performance and KPIs

Experience across purchase ledger, sales ledger and general transactional finance
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience - or clear evidence you’re ready to step up
* Confidence managing priorities and holding others accountable
* Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach
* The ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across the business
* A proactive mindset - someone who spots problems and fixes them

Up to 35k salary
