The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach, comfortable liaising with colleagues and external contacts, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. *Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels, with both internal and external stakeholders.
*Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and take ownership of tasks, while identifying and supporting process improvements.
What you will receive
*A full-time, office-based role within a stable and respected business that values your input and contribution.
*Clear opportunities for progression within a business that values and invests in its people, including full study support for CIMA.
*A collaborative and supportive team environment, with ongoing training and mentoring from experienced finance professionals where desired.
*A professional, collaborative working environment that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Finance Assistant seeking a great role within a growing organisation where their expertise will be recognised and their career development supported.
