Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:15
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy, well-established operation in Westbury. This is a practical, people-focused role where you will lead from the front, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while remaining actively involved on the warehouse floor. This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys motivating a small team, improving processes, and taking ownership of warehouse performance.
Key Responsibilities: *Lead, support, and motivate a small warehouse team
*Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and assist operationally where required
*Manage stock control, booking-in, order picking, packing, and despatch
*Accurately pick and pack smaller quantity orders
*Maintain ERP and WMS systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
*Plan and coordinate despatches efficiently
*Generate reports to support management decision-making
*Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
*Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
*Strong ERP and WMS system experience
*Hands-on, proactive approach with the willingness to get involved
*Experience picking and packing smaller quantities with a high level of accuracy
*Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
*Forklift Counterbalance licence
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
