As part of a supportive and collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for raising sales invoices and managing debtor ledgers, performing weekly supplier reconciliations, and supporting month-end processes through journal postings. You will process inter-company transactions, manage purchase orders including closing out old orders and receipts, and monitor the unregistered invoice register while following up on outstanding queries.
Ideally, you will have:
*Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player
*A keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and showing initiative in a fast-paced environment
*Experience covering both Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger or general transnational finance processes
*Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage multiple accounts
