Your new role
Hays is partnering with a well-respected organisation in Norwich recognised for its strong commitment to inclusivity and community impact. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to join them on a 6-month interim basis.
In this role, you will work closely with the wider HR team to support and deliver a range of people-focused initiatives. Your responsibilities will include HR project delivery, managing complex employee relations cases, and ensuring policies remain aligned with evolving legislation. You will also play a key role in supporting workforce planning and provide hands-on support across HR systems and data processes to help enhance operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will bring:
*Solid generalist HR experience with broad employment knowledge
*A meticulous approach, with the ability to work accurately and discreetly
*Strong analytical capability and confident problem-solving skills
*Resilience and sound judgement when handling sensitive matters
*A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation
The salary is approximately £50,000-£55,000, depending on experience, and includes a generous benefits package. The anticipated start date is mid-March. Their hybrid model requires three days on-site each week, with flexible and part-time working options available.
