We’re hiring a UX Researcher to join a purpose-led online retail organisation processing over 20M products annually.


The Opportunity – UX Researcher


This UX Researcher role sits at the intersection of Product, UX/UI and Marketing. You will own research across the full digital customer journey — from discovery to checkout — ensuring user insight directly drives conversion, retention and engagement.


You’ll combine qualitative research, behavioural analytics and competitor benchmarking to optimise performance across multiple websites and brands.
This is a commercially focused UX Researcher position where insight must translate into measurable impact.


Key Responsibilities


*Plan and deliver end-to-end UX research across websites and digital journeys
*Conduct usability testing, interviews, surveys and discovery research
*Analyse behavioural cohorts and customer segments
*Translate findings into archetypes and actionable insight
*Partner with UX/UI to optimise layout, navigation and usability
*Collaborate with Marketing on campaign performance and content engagement
*Analyse product discovery behaviour and purchasing patterns
*Conduct competitor benchmarking within the online retail market
*Present concise, evidence-led recommendations to stakeholders


What We’re Looking For


*Proven experience as a UX Researcher across the full research lifecycle
*Strong qualitative and quantitative research capability
*Experience with GA4, Hotjar, Clarity, ContentSquare or FullStory
*Strong understanding of acquisition and conversion journeys
*Experience working cross-functionally in agile teams
*Commercial awareness – balancing user needs with business goals
*Experience with experimentation tools (Monetate, AB Tasty, VWO) is desirable
*Familiarity with Figma, Miro or Adobe XD is advantageous
