Job Description:
Next Chapter Talent is delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded property management organisation to recruit a Customer Specialist – Property Maintenance.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends home and office working, giving you the flexibility to maintain a positive work/life balance while developing your career. You’ll play a key part in ensuring repairs and maintenance cases are managed efficiently, professionally, and with a personalised approach for every customer.
The RoleAs a Customer Specialist, you will:
*Take ownership of property repairs and maintenance cases from start to finish
*Coordinate works with contractors and liaise with key stakeholders
*Engage directly with customers to understand and resolve their queries
*Keep all systems and records up to date, maintaining high-quality, accurate data
*Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal teams
This role offers the chance to gain broad experience in property operations, while working within a structured and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking ForWe want to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
*Knowledge of property repairs or a maintenance background
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-motivate
*Experience working collaboratively with colleagues and external partners
*Confidence in using multiple computer systems
*Previous experience engaging with customers in a fast-paced environment
*Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively
