Job Description:
You will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of financial data and support day-to-day Finance operations while contributing to both internal and external reporting, forecasting, audit, cashflow management and payroll review

Description
*Month end reporting including balance sheet reconciliations
*Prepare month end variance analysis to forecast and budget.
*Investigating material variances and providing commentary to the FC and CFO
*Support the FC during the annual budget process
*Meeting with cost and revenue owners and collating the data to support the annual budget
*First point of contact for audit queries and audit walk throughs
*Monitor cash requirements across entities, ensuring adequate daily balances are maintained
*Work with external payroll providers to ensure correct processing
*Assist with HMRC reporting, including ERS returns and PSA calculations.
Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
*Recently Qualified in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA
*Financial Services experience desirable
*Strong month-end reporting experience
*Advanced Excel skills
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
*High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and self-review
*Confident communicator, able to engage professionally with stakeholders and third parties
*Team-oriented, hands-on, and willing to support across the business
