The BusinessEdmund & Evans have partnered with a fast-growing technology transformation staffing business that has generated seven figures in gross profit in under two years and is now scaling its team.
The business operates across global technology and digital markets, with a strong US focus. Leadership remains hands-on, close to the desk and directly involved in delivery and development.
You will be trained and mentored by a proven £1m biller who has already built and scaled high-performing desks and has a demonstrable track record of turning sales professionals and recruiters into consistent top performers.

The OpportunityYou will join as an Associate or Junior Consultant within an active delivery environment, supporting live, revenue-generating roles from day one.
The role is designed to build high performance quickly. Early responsibility centres on candidate control, market coverage and delivery excellence, with commission available immediately through a no-threshold structure.
As performance is proven, you will gain greater ownership over roles, clients and deal flow, with a clear and accelerated pathway into a full Consultant position.
Working hours are aligned to US markets:
*10am–7pm Monday to Thursday
*10am–5pm Friday
